Our vision

As a holistic baby sleep coach, my vision is to empower families with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to help their little ones (under the age of 2) sleep peacefully and thrive. I believe that every baby (and every family) is unique. That’s why my approach to infant and toddler sleep coaching focuses on understanding the whole child, not just their sleep patterns.

With years of hands-on experience as a professional nanny, I’ve had the privilege of working with many different babies and toddlers, each with their own personalities, needs, and rhythms. Those experiences taught me that there’s no “one-size-fits-all” solution to baby sleep challenges. My goal is to support parents in finding gentle, responsive, and sustainable routines that respect both the child’s natural development and the family’s values.

My holistic sleep coaching philosophy integrates responsive parenting, infant sleep science, and emotional connection. I guide parents through every stage (from newborn sleep foundations to nap transitions and nighttime awakenings) helping them understand why their baby sleeps the way they do and how to gently improve sleep quality.

Whether you’re struggling with short naps, frequent night wakings, or creating a consistent bedtime routine, I’m here to help you build healthy sleep habits that last. I don’t believe in harsh sleep training methods or rigid schedules. Instead, I offer gentle sleep coaching that supports both the baby’s emotional well-being and the parents’ peace of mind.
